Who is responsible
REEWEB LTD (company number 09283599) is responsible for the personal information described here. Our working base is Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email renzo@reeweb.co.uk.
Information you provide
We receive the information you choose to send us, such as your name, work contact details, organisation and a description of your needs. Website enquiries currently use direct email; the website does not accept or store online form submissions. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, customer records or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
Why we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss services. Our legitimate interest is handling business enquiries and communicating with prospective customers. Where you are personally entering a contract with us, we also use information to take steps you request before that contract. We do not automatically add enquiries to a marketing list or use them for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Hosting, email and access
The website runs on an OVHcloud VPS in the United Kingdom. Our contact mailbox uses OVHcloud email services. These providers handle information needed to host the website and deliver messages, and authorised REEWEB personnel use it to handle your request. Your own email provider also handles messages you send. Technical requests include information such as an IP address needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell enquiry data. Contact us if you need more detail about provider arrangements or international handling of email.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries that do not become a project are kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted as part of our enquiry review. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence forms part of the client record and its retention is explained for that engagement. Information may be retained longer where needed to meet a legal obligation or deal with a dispute.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email renzo@reeweb.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Providing enquiry details is optional, although we need enough information to respond meaningfully.
